AISHA NABUKEERA THANKS CITY PARENTS

By the time a reputable school like City Parents is willing to bend its rules and accept a pupil into their school at Primary 7 level, then clearly a worthy explanation awaits. And indeed there was, in form of Aisha Nabukeera, the overly publicized victim of household malice at the pains of a step mother.

City Parents School, one of the finest primary schools in the country opened her gates to Nabukeera for her to do her final PLE exams, where she scored 14 aggregates. Ms Hellen Dricuri, Nabukeera’s counselor and teacher was a very instrumental part of her stay at City Parents.

“I cannot thank City Parents and especially Ms Dricuri for all she did for me. It was her guidance and continued support that enabled me to concentrate and perform in my exams. Her motto- “Never give up and keep faith alive” will always ring in my ears and I shall never forget her. My heart also goes out to all the pupils of the school, they were very cooperative,” Nabukeera recounts.

Beckoned over to City Parents by her guardian- Gashumba Frank, school administration took her on as one of their own. They even went ahead to harness her stay there with a portrait of her on the main administration block as a souvenir and reminder of her time and stay at the school.
